Me Meraki is the landscape-based material practice of Dimitra Theochari.

Founded by landscape architect and architect Dimitra Theochari, the practice explores how landscape shapes the objects we live with every day.

Rather than beginning with clay, each project begins with observation — of light, shadow, geology, vegetation, weather, water and the quiet intelligence of Mediterranean landscapes. These observations become a series of material studies, translated into objects that explore atmosphere, proportion, texture and the relationship between people and place.

The work is informed by more than fifteen years of international landscape architecture practice, where designing with climate, ecology and public space has shaped a way of thinking that extends naturally to the scale of the hand.

Me Meraki is not a departure from landscape architecture. It is another way of practising it.

Every project begins in the landscape. The objects simply continue the conversation.
